● Project Location: Vientiane, Laos
● Responsibilities:
Participate in the architectural planning, preliminary design, and construction drawing design for above-ground parking lots, warehouses, and cold storage plant projects.
Collaborate with the team to complete architectural drawings and design documentation.
Support project construction timelines by providing on-site technical briefings, design changes, and technical assistance to resolve architectural issues during construction.
Assist the procurement department in technical reviews of building materials and equipment selection, ensuring alignment with design requirements.
● Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in industrial building design, with familiarity in industrial building structural characteristics, construction techniques, and material performance.
Proficient in architectural design standards and processes, with strong design presentation skills.
Skilled in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Willingness to accept overseas project assignments and travel as required.
